Costa Rica bars swimming with dolphins, sharks

Robert Scoble once said something to the effect of ‘if you want more readers, write better headlines'. If I could have found it, I would have linked to it. This particular headline really caught my eye.

Why would anyplace have to formally ban swimming with sharks?
