The most often heard complaint I read about Travelocity is that what was booked (hotel, airline tickets, rental cars, etc.) is not always what gets delivered. The model of car you were expecting is not available, there are no more non-smoking hotel rooms, and you meant to reserve your flights two weeks from Tuesday, not three. You get the picture.
Travelocity has begun rolling out an 18 month campaign they’re calling the Customer Championship program. They are pledging to work with their partners to make everything about your booking right, even if it means waiving change and cancellation fees for air tickets for the wrong dates as long as you let them know within 24 hours.
