Rough-and-Ready Web Services

I was reading through Tim Bray’s Weblog Ongoing and came upon a post that put the future of web services with those who are using the rough-and-ready approach for deployment - Amazon, Google, eBay, Salesforce.com and maybe Sabre.

I don’t know about rough-and-ready, but you can see read all about Sabre’s web services deployment right here. There’s even a demo available – click the link; the product overview has a bit on benefits and packages available. If you click the shop for resources bar and enter air in the search box, it will return the services associated with air. A click on an item includes the service description and a list of properties.
